My stepfather took this to several jewlers (Cartiers, etc.) in NYC who wouldn't touch this, so he had to send it to Rolex in Switzerland to be serviced. Does anyone know the date/model of this watch? I couldn't find a serial number on the outside of the case. Of course, the band is not original.
