My own personal Holy Grail: The Rolex Deep-Sea, Ref. 6532.
In 1953, Rolex registered several model names, including Explorer, Deep-Sea and Submariner. It did not quite know what to call its "sports" watches, so it was casting about for a good name. This is nearly identical to the original Explorer, except for the white honeycomb 3-6-9 dial.
