As yet I have no experience as a customer, but I am impressed with the website and the promptness with which Michael Young answered my email enquiry. I am seriously considering using him to service the bracelet on my wife's Rolex.

When I have done so I will report back with the details.

I was able to fabricate and install the needed 12 springs to return my 6636 oyster bracelet (with stretch) back to new condition. I've posted in my other posts pics...
