Omega memomatic

I cannot find out much about these watches and i have recently purchased one. Does any one have any info on them, when made and for how long etc or if any one has any good links for them.

Hi coolwax,

The Memomatic was made in 4 different versions from 1969 to 1979, to a total of 35000 pieces. It runs the Lemania 2980 and was the only alarm watch of the time to allow setting the alarm to the minute.

Thanks for that and i will check the link. I will also post a picture of the watch later on tonight. For its age it is in great condition.
