Bruno - I'm sure those are lovely photographs but all I can see is this message:

Thanks for bringing this thread back, dogtown, as I can now see the pictures (Bruno must have upgraded his account...;))
And what fantastic pictures they are!
Bruno - I love the way you've taken them...each shot seems to draw the viewer deeper into the movement.
Great pics of a glorious watch!
Thanks for posting!

Ordinarily not a huge PP fan, but that's outstanding.

There's time for you yet, Counsellor...;)

You know Harb, I think it's primarily a matter of size for the most part--PP's tend to be on the small side, and smaller watches just don't look right on me (being on the XL side myself). The 5070 (particularly in RG) at 42mm is, however, something I suppose I could live with if I had to ;).

Let me refer my learned friend to my previous comment...

Are you saying I'm going to get shorter?

LOL! Forgive me. I took your comment "XL" to mean that you were, shall we say, well-fed...;)...as opposed to being tall :D

I'm relieved--I was about to take all my pants in to be shortened in anticipation (you know, doctor's advice and all). I must admit, however, that I'm adequately nourished as well (6'4", 235 lbs), which simply translates into...XL.

LOL!!
Now, even though I know that the term "pants" in the US are what we call trousers here in the UK...our use of the term "pants" refers to underwear...I still could not prevent the mental picture popping up in my mind of you speaking to your tailor about getting your boxer-shorts shortened....LOL!!
For other trouser vs pants hilarity, click here (http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/A129647)... :)
It's a mad world...
