So we all own and enthuse about Rolex watches for their unique mix of quality, classic design, durability etc... and most will happily own up to liking other well thought of high end watch brands such as Audemars Piguet, IWC etc... but my question is this: what other non-watch brands or perhaps derided / less popular brands do you happen to like? as in you like them but know you shouldn't as a "watch person" (E,g, Silberstein anyone..)

- I'll go first... I always liked the Bvlgari Diagono Professional line and also the classic Dunhill watches with the Faceted face.

Interesting proposition....! :)

However, I don't think I can add anything. I've been racking my brain to think if there's any watch that fits your criteria and I honestly don't think there is.

Sure, it's made by the master of grotesque bling who's currently in jail for his part in money-laundering for a drug ring...

...but it's amazing/crazy to look at with some interesting mechanics. I could look at it all day.

Hey Harb: I posted that pic months ago! :) As I've only one Rolex and the wife won't let me buy another all I can do is dream. I do however like the Panerai line, vintage Omega Speedmasters and I'd die to have my first digital Seiko given to me by my grandmother and stolen in the 7th grade. :(

that would be a doxa 300T or a Doxa 5000T COSC, great dive watch made popular by Clive Cussler's Dirk Pitt novels.
