I have a very large effusion in the eye. It woke up like that this morning, it does not hurt at all. Should I go to the doc or just let it go , as I said no pain , itch , nothing.
My take:
It's your eye.
You don't know what caused it.
The best Net doctor can't tell you what it is without examining you.
Get it checked out (by someone who'll no doubt tell you there's nothing to worry about. ;))
What do you mean by "effusion"?

blood, half of my eye is red. I woke up like that.
It is not fading away, looks pretty bad but it does not bother me or hurt me.

Why don't you video Skype Harb and let him have a look? :)

From your description, I'd say that Reorx is spot on.
If that is what it looks like, then there is absolutely nothing to worry about and it will fade over the next few weeks, going a yellow-ish colour first.

I got some drops for my eye and it looks much much better. I think it has some cortisone on it. I am doing a great job self medicating... :-(
