Hi Guys,
Just wanted to share my experience of buying a Tag Heuer for my mother.
I got married just a few weeks ago, and my mum was so helpful, financially and in so many ways.
My new wife and I decided we wanted to get her a nice watch...shes not really into watches, but most of the family have nice watches, we have our Rolies, and my Dad has a Tag that she bought him about 5 years ago, so I felt it was time I got her a nice one that she can hold on to.
She likes her watches small and simple, and I spotted a little Ladies Tag Heuer Aquaracer, white MOP dial, lovely little watch.
The retail is £895 and I was hoping to get a chunk off, however after speaking to my friend at Goldsmiths, realised that what I wanted to pay for it would not be possible at Goldsmiths.
However I spoke to Beaverbrooks and after a lot of bargaining got a price that I was happy with.
They also allowed a lay away type plan, where I can pay the discounted balance over 3 months with no interest, then collect the watch and the warranty card freshly stamped then.
Suited perfectly and gave me a few months to budget for it rather than put it on plastic and pay interest on it.
Staff were lovely, couldnt do enough for me.
Just wanted to let you know of the good experience.:D
