Rolex Warranty in EU

Hi,

Thinking of buying a second hand rolex, it has all the papers, stamped and dated by an AD in the UK, the paper work has the purchasers name and address on it.

Will the remaining warranty transfer without any problems or will warranty only be available to the original purchaser (as in the US I think)?

Typically, all primary warranties are transferable.
At least for legitimate goods.
Excluding organ transplants etc...
