I shot and edited it in 15 minutes...LOL

My friend is a pro boxer and owns the gym where I train in the mornings. I'm in it for a few seconds on the speed bag and my wife is in it with the pink gloves.

What do you think of my director skills? :)

Not bad at all, Gil....apart from the vertigo-inducing opening and closing panning shots of the whole gym! :)

Haha thanks for the feedback. No extra charge for the vertigo. ;)

LOL! Cheers! :)

How does Elina find boxing training?
Sim has a trainer who's working her hard in the gym (with good results, I'm happy to say ;)) and she wondering about introducing boxing into the training.

She's loving it. Ofcourse she doesn't spar but she does all the conditioning stuff and punching that we do. She is extremely active with boxing, pilates, weights and yoga. She gave birth 10 months ago and is down to the weight she was when we met. She was only 19 then and is turning 30 in a few months.

Impressive! I think Sim might get some of this going in her programme - she's pretty focussed on her exercising.

Dude, if she reads that you're advertising her age on the forum, you'll regret having introduced her to boxing ;)
