Rolex Voted UK's 2nd Top Consumer Brand

Interesting story in The Sunday Times Business section today mentioning that Microsoft has regained it's position from Google as the UK's top consumer brand. Google has been knocked into third position by... Rolex!

The UK public's Top 10 Superbrands for 2008/09 were:

1. Microsoft

2. ROLEX

3. Google

4. British Airways

5. BBC

6. Mercedes-Benz

7. Coca-Cola

8. Lego

9. Apple

10. Encyclopaedia Britannica


The Superbrands website also lists the UK's Top 20 coolest brands with Rolex featuring a respectable 9th on the list - ahead of Ferrari (13th), Sony (16th), Nike (17th) and Bose (18th).


I'm sure Rolex UK will be very pleased with these results. Thought these stats might amuse a few TURFers!
